Sally is such a thorough, interactive and articulate trainer. She actually gets in and demonstrates what she is teaching. Not only is that the most effective method of teaching- followed as she does by watching the owner then practice, but it also makes sure her interventions are tailored to your particular dog. She truly cares to make a difference- last session she patiently listened to the many many issues I was having, and covered as much as possible in that session-it was really impressive and showed how important it is to her to be helpful. She is honest and dedicated, and her positive and humane methods work, if you put in the time and effort.
