I had a friend video today so you could see both Cassie and I. Please ignore the mess!!! This was spur of the moment and I didn’t straighten up!

My criteria is head down. I don’t start to leave or do a relaxation protocol thing unless she has head down. I will not return to her unless she has head down.

You’ll see at the end of the video, she is much better at head down when my back is turned to her now.
